Lexus Sales Operation (LSO) serves as one of the dealers for Lexus that provides support for the sole agent PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) in the marketing and sales of Lexus cars and aftersales services in Jakarta and 12 provinces in Indonesia.

LSO markets various Lexus car models for the premium segment consumers in Indonesia. In 2023, Lexus introduced three newest models, which are RZ 450e, RX Series and LM Series. All these series are electrification vehicles, either full BEV or hybrid. This strategic initiative reflects Lexus moving into an allelectrified brand by 2025.
