Astra’s financial services portfolio is diversified into five core pillars to deliver complete service coverage, critically discharging a structured and strategic function of providing financial and sales support to the Group’s other value chains.

PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) supports financing of Honda motorcycle transactions, PT Astra Sedaya Finance (ACC) and Toyota Astra Financial Services (TAFS) support financing for Astra’s car companies, while heavy equipment credit is supported by Surya Artha Nusantara Finance (SANF) and Komatsu Astra Finance (KAF). Asuransi Astra Buana (AAB) and PT Asuransi Jiwa Astra (Astra Life) provides multi-purpose insurance protection for individual and commercial customers.

The Group’s financial services business line has expanded its portfolio by establishing Astra WeLab Digital Arta (AWDA), a fintech joint venture between Astra Group (60%) and WeLab (40%), a leading technology enabler for consumer lending in China including Hong Kong. AWDA offers lending products through a mobile app to retail consumers and provides financial technology solutions to enterprise customers, and has gone live in Jakarta in September 2018, followed by Bali in October 2018.
