PT ACSET INDONUSA TBK

PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (Acset) is a construction and contractor company, specializing in foundation, structure, civil and infrastructure works. Through the acquisition by PT United Tractors Tbk, the Astra Group controls 50.1% ownership of Acset shares. All of Acset shares are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a market capitalization of Rp2.0 trillion as at the end of 2017.

Acset has vast experiences in handling general construction projects. Among the integrated services available at Acset are specialist works in building foundation, high-rise buildings, demolition works and infrastructure, building construction and technical works, as well as civil engineering. In 2017, Acset has began to offer new services, namely construction of infrastructure projects and soil improvement works.

In conducting its business, Acset is supported by eight subsidiaries with diverse skill sets and construction resources. In Indonesia, its operations covers specialist
works in foundation, formwork and bekisting, pump services, MEP (mechanical, electrical & plumbing) work, as well as dredging, reclamation and marine works. These are supported by services in sales and rental of heavy equipment and machineries (passenger hoist, tower crane) for the smooth undertaking of construction projects.
