The Document Solution business unit is the core business run by PT Astra Graphia Tbk. Partnering with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corporation (previously known as Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd.) as the Exclusive Distributor for marketing and after-sales services throughout Indonesia.
Document solution provide products and services that are a transformation from hardware-based services provider (hardware-based services) to solution-based services (solution-based services) that cover all aspects of the document lifecycle from input (create, scan, merge, edit, capture), digital document management (sharing, indexing, storing, archiving, distributing), to document output (printing, faxing, scanning, copying, emailing, web viewing).

Document Solution portfolio:

• Enterprise Document Solution: Providing smart document management solutions for office segments ranging from small, medium, to large scale offices. The main products are Multi-function Devices (MFD) and Laser Printers in the Single Function Printer (SFP) and Multi-Function Printer (MFP) categories including consumables. Providing digital (electronic) document management solutions ranging from solutions that are already available on Multifunction Devices to additional solutions that allow the integration of Multifunction Devices with the Company's network such as Print Management solutions, Workflow Management, Data Capture, Enterprise Content Management, cloud-based solutions, and Document Management System.
• Enterprise Document Solution & Services: Responding to customer document management needs through improving the quality of document management in the business activities carried out. Providing comprehensive solutions by integrating Astragraphia's products and expertise, which include Managed Print Services (increasing customer productivity, especially in document management and workflow processes), Document Outsourcing & Communication Services, and Business Process Services.
• Graphic Communication Services: Supporting customer business growth based on creative application development, by presenting the best production printing technology in its class, starting from Pre-Press solutions (end to end print production management software), Press (heavy duty digital laser and inkjet printer) and Post-Press (finishing solution).

The subsidiary, PT Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT) provides end-to-end digital solutions. AGIT has transformed its business not only to focus on providing Information Technology (IT) infrastructure and application-related services, but to become a One Stop Digital Services in both on premise and cloud infrastructure models. AGIT digital services include hardware and software sales, IT infrastructure development services and digital platforms (analytics, security, cloud, IoT, automation), application development services, managed services, including data centers and cloud services in collaboration with world-class strategic partners.
