Infrastructure assets are developed and operated under ASTRA Infra a wholly owned by PT Astra International Tbk. ASTRA Infra owns two holding companies, PT Astra Tol Nusantara is the holding company for toll road businesses and PT Astra Nusa Perdana is the holding company for non-toll road businesses.

The current portfolio includes the following investments:
PT Marga Mandalasakti (ASTRA Infra Toll Road Tangerang-Merak)
MMS, 79.3% owned by Astra Infra, is a 72.5 km TangerangMerak toll road operator based on a concession period up to 2059. All sections of this toll road have been fully operational since 1996.
PT Marga Harjaya Infrastruktur (ASTRA Infra Toll Road Jombang-Mojokerto)
Astra Infra Group owns 100% of MHI which is a concession holder of Jombang-Mojokerto Toll Road management in East Java for a period up to 2055. As a part of Trans-Java Toll Road Network, the 40.5km toll road section is divided into four sections.
PT Lintas Marga Sedaya (LMS)
As one of the new investments in infrastructure business portfolio, Astra Infra acquired all shares of PT Baskhara Utama Sedaya (BUS), which owns 45% shares of LMS, an operator of Cikopo-Palimanan toll road. The 116.8km toll road with concession period until 2041 has been fully operational since 2015.
PT Trans Marga Jateng (TMJ)
Astra Infra also invested in additional share ownership in TMJ, resulting to shareholding composition of Astra Infra (40%), PT Jasa Marga Tbk (58.9%) and PT Sarana Pembangunan Jawa Tengah (1.1%). TMJ is a Semarang-Solo Toll Road management company which is a part of the Trans-Java Toll Road network. Having a 45 year concession period until 2055, this toll road reaches 72.6km and is divided into five sections.
PT Marga Trans Nusantara (MTN)
MTN, holder of the concession of management and development of Kunciran-Serpong toll road until 2052, is owned by Astra Infra (40%) and PT Jasa Marga Tbk (60%). The 11.2km toll road segment divided into 2 sections is a part of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road phase 2 network (JORR 2).
PT Pelabuhan Penajam Banua Taka (ASTRA Infra Port Eastkal)
Eastkal is a port located in Penajam District, East Kalimantan which provides port services for public interest. In addition, with its complete operational infrastructure and facilities, Eastkal is currently providing shorebase services to support upstream oil and gas activities in Makassar Strait area of East Kalimantan.
