PT Brahmayasa Bahtera is a joint venture between Astra International and Hongkong Land with each shares composition of 60% and 40%. Hongkong Land is a subsidiary of Jardine Matheson Group and is a leading property group based in Hongkong and Singapore.
Project undertaken by PT Brahmayasa Bahtera is the construction of Anandamaya Residences, an exclusive and premium residential project consisting of one luxury tower and two premium towers on 2,4 hectares area in Jalan Jendral Sudirman, Jakarta. All these three towers will be integrated with Menara Astra as an integrated development. Anandamaya Residences is a premium residential with 509 units and is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
