Not only focus on the property development project, Astra’s involvement in property sector is also done through the owner company and office building management under the management of PT Samadista Karya since 2014. At first, an office area in TB Simatupang is owned by PT Asuransi Astra Buana (AAB), so that the building was known as Menara FIF and Grha Asuransi Astra. Later, Astra International acquired ownership of the area through PT Menara Astra. Therefore, at this time PT Samadista Karya’s work is the owner and manager of office buildings that responsible for ensuring the entire facility can operate properly, well-maintained, and fit the safety standard.
