PT Menara Astra

The first office tower project by PT Menara Astra which is 100% owned by PT Astra International Tbk, is a building with a height of 260 meters and 47 floors are projected to be one of the skyscrapers in Jakarta and also the signature project of Astra. Menara Astra is designed to be the International Grade A Office with Green Building standard platinum rank, which is the highest rating of a grade office buildings. Menara Astra will be equipped with 1000 people capacity of a convention hall and a-three-floor supporting retail area. Ground breaking of Menara Astra construction was conducted on 10 December 2013, while topping off has been made to coincide with the 60th anniversary of Astra in 20 February 2017, and scheduled for completion in 2018.
